7. Intellectual Property

All content on the jljl30 Platform, including but not limited to software, games, graphics, logos, text, images, audio, video, trademarks, and other materials (collectively, "Content"), is owned by jljl30 or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. The jljl30 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of jljl30 and may not be used without express written permission.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or reverse engineer any Content. Unauthorized use of Content may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws, and may result in civil or criminal penalties.

Game content is provided by third-party game developers and is subject to separate licenses. jljl30 does not claim ownership of third-party game content but holds valid licenses to offer such content on the Platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, jljl30, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or personal injury. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if jljl30 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jljl30's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of deposits you made to your account in the six (6) months preceding the claim, or PHP 10,000, whichever is less.

jljl30 provides the Platform "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. jljl30 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You assume all risk for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from downloading or using the Platform.

jljl30 is not responsible for losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure events (natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, internet outages, power failures, or other events).

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Suspension

jljl30 reserves the right to suspend your account temporarily if we suspect violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any activity that poses risk to the Platform or other users. During suspension, you will not be able to place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals. We will investigate the matter and notify you of the outcome. If the suspension is lifted, your account will be reinstated with all balances intact. If violations are confirmed, your account may be permanently closed.

9.2 Termination by jljl30

jljl30 may close your account at any time for violation of these Terms, failure to complete verification, evidence of fraud or illegal activity, prolonged inactivity (12 months or more), or at our sole discretion. Upon termination, any remaining balance in your account (excluding forfeited bonuses) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to deduction of any outstanding fees or charges. jljl30 is not liable for any losses arising from account closure.

9.3 Termination by You

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. To close your account, you must have no pending bets, no active bonuses, and all verification requirements must be met. Any remaining balance will be processed as a withdrawal. Once your account is closed, you will no longer be able to access the Platform. Account closure is permanent and cannot be reversed. If you wish to return to jljl30, you must register a new account.

9.4 Self-Exclusion

The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Metro Manila. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding. Costs of arbitration shall be borne by the losing party unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.

11. General Provisions

11.1 Amendments

jljl30 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to you via email or Platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account.

11.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

11.3 Entire Agreement

11.6 Language

These Terms are drafted in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail.
